CLINTON — On Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026, at approximately 5:03 p.m., Officer Brian O’Malley of the Clinton Police Department said he located a Ford Fusion with Massachusetts plates in the parking lot of Saint John the Guardian of Our Lady Parish at 80 Union Street.

“The registered owner Hengels Montas Acosta had an active warrant,” Officer O’Malley said. “He was placed under arrest, booked and afforded his rights.”
In addition to the warrant out for his arrest, Hengels Montas Acosta was charged with the following:
- Unlicensed/Suspended Operation of Motor Vehicle
- Operating Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended
- Uninsured Motor Vehicle
