Sheriff Paul Heroux conducted a tour of the damaged housing units at Bristol County Jail for state legislators and reporters, where he emphasized that no other county jail in the state has as many unlocked facilities and therefore the urgent need for $5.5 million to install toilets in those 11 housing units so they can be locked.
