CLINTON — An abandoned warehouse located at 830-894 Main Street in Clinton is set for demolition to pave the way for new commercial developments, including Starbucks and Wendy’s.
Needham-based Clinton Real Estate Development LLC purchased the site for $1.45 million on March 3, following approval from the Clinton Planning Board in November 2024, according to the Telegram & Gazette.
The redevelopment plan involves tearing down the existing warehouse, formerly home to Continental Cabinetry & Plumbing Supply, and constructing four new commercial buildings. These will house a Wendy’s restaurant, a Starbucks coffee shop, a New World Gas station, and a multi-tenant building that will include a Chase Bank branch. The project also includes significant landscaping, parking, lighting, and utility improvements for each building.

Situated in Clinton’s retail corridor, neighboring businesses include Shaw’s, Dunkin’, and CVS. The new development is expected to attract substantial business to the area.
As of now, no timeline has been announced for the opening of these new establishments.
