WORCESTER — At 6:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, Worcester police were dispatched to the area of Millbury Street for a report of gunshots.
According to a press release from the city, when the officers arrived on scene, they found a 17-year-old gunshot victim near the area of Millbury and Lafayette streets.
After officers provided medical aid to the victim, the victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
The victim’s condition has not been released by police yet.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
