WEBSTER — On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at approximately 10:14 p.m., Officer Aaron Suss of the Webster Police Department was dispatched to 43 Prospect Street following a 911 call from a resident who reported that someone was actively breaking into vehicles on the property.

“Upon my arrival, I observed multiple people outside in the front parking lot along with a female identified as Carly Dion,” Officer Suss said.
Officer Suss said he also observed two vehicles, a Toyota with Texas plates and a Dodge truck, also with Texas plates with their doors open.
“I learned that all of the individuals that were outside, were residents of 43 and 46 Prospect Street,” Officer Suss said. “They stated they were awakened by a loud bang from outside and observed Dion going inside both vehicles.”
According to police, Carly F. Dion, 36, is a resident of 41 Prospect Street, Apt. [number redacted], Webster, MA.

“The owner of both vehicles, [name redacted], stated that when he went outside, he observed the female inside the Toyota,” Officer Suss said. “After I arrived on scene and was speaking to her, I noticed that Dion had a baseball bat in her possession, which was identified as belonging to one of the residents, [name redacted].”
Dion was placed under arrest and charged with:
- Breaking & Entering Vehicle/Boat Nighttime for Felony
- Disturbing the Peace
Dion’s bail was set at $300 cash.
Dion was arraigned in Dudley District Court on May 14, 2025.
Following her arraignment, she was released on bail under the condition that she stay away from 43 Prospect Street in Webster.
Dion’s next court appearance is a pretrial hearing scheduled for July 9, 2025.
