Leominster man wins $15 million on scratch ticket he bought from Mr. Mikes

LEOMINSTER — A Leominster resident is $15 million dollars richer thanks to a winning scratch ticket he bought from the Mr. Mikes gas station on New Lancaster Road.

The winner, Kenneth Delgado, is the first grand-prize winner of the scratch off lottery game “Millions.”

According to The Massachusetts Lottery, Delgado scratched the ticket off in the parking lot of Mr. Mike’s where he won the grand prize of $15 million in the bonus section of the card.

Delgado took the cash payout option for the ticket, which came out to a one-time payment of $9,750,000 (before taxes).

The Mr. Mike’s located at 280 New Lancaster Road will receive a $50,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
