LEOMINSTER — On Monday, Oct. 3 at 12:56 p.m., Officer Carlos Cintron of the Leominster Police Department was dispatched to the MART bus stop at Monument Square in order to speak with David Bosley.
Bosley is a 60-year-old homeless resident of Leominster who had recently been trespassed from the bus stop by MART’s security director.
“When I arrived at the bus stop, David was sitting inside the covered bus stop along with Timothy Smart, Jonathan Santiago, Mark Garnes, Keith Glover and Michael Palvio,” wrote Officer Cintron in his Narrative for the incident. Smart and Palvio are other homeless residents who have been arrested in the city recently. It is unknown whether the other aforementioned individuals are homeless as well.

“When I parked my cruiser in front of the bus stop, Mark and Keith began to speak with the others as he [Bosley] looked at us, and clenched his fist,” wrote Officer Cintron in his Narrative. “I called for additional units for assistance. I approached the bus stop, I explained that the bus stop was for people waiting for the bus and that they were welcome to stay if they were waiting for the bus. They all got up and left. I informed David that he was under arrest for trespassing after notice.”
Bosley was arrested for trespassing after notice.
Bosley was arraigned in Leominster District Court the day he was arrested. He plead guilty during his arraignment and was ordered to stay away from the Monument Square bus stop by Judge Mark Noonan.
