TEWKSBURY — Chief Ryan Columbus of the Tewksbury Police Department has announced the arrest of a New Hampshire man in relation to a recent shooting incident that occurred at the Home Depot on Main Street.
Khale Guillou, 19, of Swanzey, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
- Possession of a Firearm without a License
- Assault and Battery with a Firearm
- Vandalization of Property
On July 15, around 5 a.m., Tewksbury police responded to reports of a shooting near the Home Depot on Main Street. Initial investigations revealed that an individual in a silver Mazda had fired multiple shots at a blue Nissan Rogue while both vehicles were traveling south on Main Street after exiting the Home Depot parking lot. The Mazda then fled the scene. There were no injuries were reported.

Authorities determined that the incident was not a random act of violence, as the individuals involved were known to each other.

Following a subsequent investigation, Tewksbury Police, aided by Massachusetts State Police and New Hampshire State Police, identified Guillou as the suspect. An arrest warrant was issued, and Guillou was apprehended without incident.
Guillou was arraigned in Lowell District Court on July 23 and was held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for July 26. He is due to appear in court again on August 16.
This incident remains under investigation by Tewksbury police.
