“Upon arrival, I walked into the store and an employee pointed out Alicia who was in the front of the store,” Officer Rice recalled. “I called out her name and she looked right at me. I told her to go outside. While outside, I asked her why she continues to come and trespass at CVS because she knows she is trespassed. I placed Alicia under arrest. I placed handcuffs on her (checked for tightness and double locked). I then searched her prior to entering the cruiser. I transported her to the Leominster Police Station for booking.”

Levert was charged with Trespass after Notice.
