Officers Phillip Allain and Patrick Doherty also responded to the scene.

“A Wendy’s employee, [name redacted], called 9-1-1 and stated that a male party, later identified as Enrique Ramos, was threatening all the Wendy’s employees, screaming his head off, telling her he was going to hurt everyone, and saying he was going to hop over the counter and beat the employees up,” Sergeant Fallon said. “[The employee] said he called her the ‘n-word’ because she would not give him food. [She] said she needed police to come and remove him from the restaurant.”

The reporting party then informed dispatch that Ramos was swinging his belt at Wendy’s staff and had had just thrown food behind the counter.

According to police, Enrique J. Ramos, 22, is a resident of Dale Avenue in Leominster.

“Upon arrival, Officer Allain and Officer Doherty were already on scene speaking with two male parties, later identified as Richard Anderson and Michael [last name redacted],” Officer Garcia said. “Richard and Michael stated they work for DoorDash and were at Wendy’s picking up a DoorDash order.”

Officer Garcia said Richard told her that while he was inside Wendy’s with Michael and another DoorDash driver, Enrique Ramos, they approached an employee to pick up their order.

“Michael stated the food was ready for pick up and was on the counter, next to the registers,” Officer Garcia said. “Both Richard and Michael stated the Wendy’s employee, described as a short, white female and later identified as Kristina [last name redacted], was rude and disrespectful to them.”

Officer Garcia said that while Richard and Michael were giving their statements, they both pointed out a vehicle they said Kristina was in that was leaving the scene.

“Richard and Michael stated they were not being argumentative with Kristina and remained respectful,” Officer Garcia said. “Richard stated Enrique then became angry because Kristina was being rude and disrespectful. Enrique then grabbed the food and threw it across to Kristina. Michael stated that he attempted to deescalate the situation and was able to take both Richard and Enrique out of Wendy’s.”

Officer Garcia asked Richard and Michael if at any point, Ramos took his belt off and swung it at the staff.

“Both Michael and Richard denied that Enrique did that,” Officer Garcia said. “Richard continued to state how the Wendy’s employees were rude and disrespectful to him. Richard and Michael did not want to provide their contact information and their addresses. Please note, I could not find any information for Richard on IMC [Information Management Corporation, a provider of public safety software] and CJIS [the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services database]. I believe he provided me with a false identification.”(Richard was later identified as 22-year-old Myles Glasford Richard Bowers).

Officer Garcia stated that while speaking with Michael and Bowers, she heard a man yelling from the adjacent parking lot in front of Urgent Care Leominster. Michael and Bowers confirmed that the person yelling was Ramos.

“Bowers stated Enrique was heated because of the altercation that took place earlier inside of Wendy’s with Kristina,” Officer Garcia said. “Officer Doherty proceeded to go in the direction of Enrique to speak to him. Officer Allain stayed outside of Wendy’s with Bowers and Michael while I went inside to speak with the employees involved.”

Officer Garcia said she was let in by the shift manager who was one of the witnesses.

“[The shift manager] stated Michael, Bowers, and Enrique had gone inside to pick up a DoorDash order,” Officer Garcia recounted. “[She] confirmed Kristina was in front next to the registers and greeted them. [The shift manager] stated Enrique and Bowers were being rude to Kristina and Michael was attempting to deescalate the situation. [She] stated Bowers continued to argue with Kristina. Enrique then grabbed the DoorDash order and tossed it across in the direction of Kristina. Kristina told them she would call the police, and it appeared to anger Bowers and Enrique. Michael continued to deescalate the situation, and he was able to get Enrique and Bowers out of Wendy’s.”

The shift manager then contacted her general manager via their work phone and explained to him why emergency services were contacted, Officer Garcia said.

“I asked [the general manager] if he wished to trespass Michael, Bowers, and Enrique,” Officer Garcia said. “[The general manager] said he would leave that up to [the shift manager] if she and the employees felt they were in fear. I asked [the general manager] if he could contact Kristina and have her come back so I can speak to her and get her statement. [The general manager] stated he had done so, and Kristina was on her way back to Wendy’s. [The general manager] stated Michael and Bowers could get their DoorDash order, but wanted them trespassed, if that’s what [the shift manager] and his employees wished.”

Officer Garcia said another employee approached her and stated that Ramos had swung his belt at her and made motions with it as if he was going to hit her with it. Officer Garcia said the employee appeared scared while giving her statement.

“[The employee] asked me if I could walk her out to her car because she was afraid of Enrique and Bowers. I stated that I would once I was done gathering everyone’s statement,” Officer Garcia said. Adding, “As I took the DoorDash order outside to Michael, Kristina arrived, and Bowers immediately began to verbally disrespect Kristina and Kristina yelled obscenities back at Bowers. I walked Kristina inside to get her statement and she appeared upset while telling me her statement. Kristina proceeds to state to me that Michael, Bowers, and Enrique had come in to pick up a DoorDash order and she explained to them that the food was not ready. Enrique then began to ask for ‘free food’ and Kristina stated that they did not [give out free food] and that is when Enrique began to tell disrespectfully to her. Kristina stated Bowers began arguing with her at the same time and yell at her. Kristina then sees Enrique toss the food towards her and she stated to him she was going to call the police. Kristina confirmed that Michael attempted to deescalate the situation and eventually left.”

Officer Garcia asked the three Wendy’s employees if they wanted to pursue charges, and they stated they did not but wanted Ramos, Bowers, and Michael trespassed from the property. The shift manager said she wanted to trespass them for a year.

Officer Garcia consequently trespassed Ramos, Bowers, and Michael from the Wendy’s located at 528 North Main Street for a year.

Body cam footage revealed the following additional details:

According to Sgt. Fallon’s Supplemental Narrative, “At 1:10 a.m., Bowers Bowers (dob [redacted]) is loudly arguing with a Wendy’s employee, Kristina [last name redacted], inside the restaurant. Bowers calls Kristina a ‘b*tch’ multiple times inside the restaurant. Officer Doherty needed to escort Bowers out of the business to stop his tumultuous behavior. There was a customer at the front counter and several Wendy’s staff members looking at Bowers during this scene he was causing inside the restaurant.”

“Once outside, Officer Doherty stands with Bowers at the doorway,” Sgt. Fallon said. “[The shift manager] opens the door to lock it, likely to keep Bowers out. As she opens the door, Bowers states to her, ‘Bro, we don’t need you right now.’ [The shift manager] states, ‘I’m not here to talk to you.’ Bowers states, ‘F*ck. We’re not going in Wendy’s. We know when you leave. We know which cars you drive. We know the Ubers. [N-word], the sh*t will be up! B*TCH!’”

Sgt. Fallon explained, “This is clearly an attempt to intimidate [the shift manager] (Witness Intimidation). These statements indicate that Bowers wanted [the shift manager] and Kristina to know that despite the door being locked, he still knows when they leave work, what cars they drive, and what Ubers they take to commute. The statement, “the sh*t will be up! B*TCH!” appears to mean something is going to happen to them. Given the totality of the circumstances, this appears to be a threatening message conveyed by Bowers.”

At 1:32 a.m., Officer Garcia’s body cam captured [the shift manager] telling Officer Garcia that Ramos came up to her saying, “‘You’re tough?! Call your man!’” and asking her for free food, Sgt. Fallon said.

At 1:39 a.m., as Kristina returned to Wendy’s and asked Officer Garcia, “Who do I have to talk to?” Bowers shouted, “Everybody, b*tch.” When Officer Garcia states to Bowers “Excuse me,” Kristina says to Officer Garcia, “His mom is that.” Bowers then replies, “My mom is what, b*tch?! That’s why your mom is dead!” Kristina answers, “She is dead! That’s right.” Kristina then enters Wendy’s.

Sgt. Fallon added, “Once inside, Officer Garcia asked Kristina what happened during the incident. Kristina stated that Enrique got on the counter inside Wendy’s and asked her for free food. Kristina said Enrique had his belt in his hand. Kristina explained that she told Enrique that she cannot give him free food. Kristina said Enrique then went to the side of the counter and started calling a male Wendy’s employee who was working at the drive thru a ‘b*tch a$$ [N-word],’ and told him, ‘Why don’t you come over here?!’ Kristina then told Enrique that he needed to leave. Enrique then proceeded to shove a bag of food and said he was going to ‘f*ck (Kristina) up.’ Kristina said this was all because no one would give Enrique free food.”

Ramos issued summons; felony stop leads to arrests later that day

Officer Garcia requested a summons for Ramos for the following charges:

  • Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (for threatening Wendy’s staff with his belt)

According to Detective Oswaldo Ramos, a felony stop was conducted later that afternoon on a gray 2017 Chevy Cruz registered to a Fitchburg resident on Main Street in Leominster.

The vehicle had two occupants, the driver, Bowers, and the passenger, Ramos.

Police say the vehicle the pair was stopped in reportedly matched the description of one involved in a drive-by shooting the day before. That investigation is ongoing.

Ramos and Bowers were subsequently arrested and transported to the Leominster Police Department for booking.

Bowers was charged with:

  • Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
  • Disorderly Conduct
  • Disturbing the Peace
  • Witness Intimidation

Police say the gray 2017 Chevy Cruz that Ramos and Bowers were stopped in, matched the description of a vehicle involved in a drive-by shooting the day before. That investigation is ongoing.

Ramos was arraigned in Leominster District Court on March 14, 2025. (Arraignment details for Bowers were not included in the FOIA records obtained by News Link Live.)

Following the arraignment, Ramos was released on personal recognizance with the condition that he stay away from the Wendy’s location and have no contact with any of its employees.
