LEOMINSTER — Fieldstone Commercial Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate broker, has finalized the sale of a 94,000-square-foot industrial building located at 106 Carter Street to CapEx FSC LLC for $3.75 million. The property offers convenient access to both Route 2 and I-190, providing efficient connectivity to major highways and regional markets, as reported by the New England Real Estate Journal.
