WESTBOROUGH — The Westborough Fire Department reported that Medic 3, an advanced life support ambulance, and the Rescue, a specialized rescue truck, responded tonight to a crash with injuries on Interstate 495 northbound at the 59.4 mile marker.
The department announced in a statement posted at approximately 10:20 p.m. that motorists should expect delays in the area while emergency crews work at the scene.
