Officer Seymour entered the plate into the mobile data terminal in his cruiser and conducted a query in the FBIโs Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) database which indicated that the registered owner of the vehicle was Gabriel Garcia. The query also revealed that Garcia had a suspended driverโs license as of May 21, 2025.
According to police, Gabriel Andres Rivera Garcia, 22, resides in Fitchburg, MA.

โI activated my cruisers emergency blue lights and conducted a motor vehicle stop on West Boylston Street,โ Officer Seymour said. โI requested the operatorโs license and registration, which he provided and identified the operator as the registered owner, Gabriel Garcia. I advised Mr. Garcia the reason for the stop and he stated he knew his license was suspended.โ
Officer Seymour said he then contacted dispatch and had them confirm Garciaโs license status, which they did.
โI observed that Mr. Garcia was recently charged with driving with a suspended license on May 29, 2025,โ Officer Seymour said. Adding, โAt this time Officer [Cody] Willman arrived on scene to assist.โ
Officer Seymour had dispatch contact Kevin’s Automotive to tow the vehicle, which they did.
Gabriel Andres Rivera Garcia was issued a criminal citation for the following offenses:
- Operating Motor Vehicle with License Suspended, Subsequent Offense
- Number Plate Violation
โKevinโs towing removed the vehicle and Officer Willman and I cleared the scene,โ Officer Seymour said.
Garciaโs arraignment was scheduled for June 16, 2025, in Clinton District Court.
