“The reason for the stop was a rejected inspection sticker from May 2025,” Officer Guerra said. “During the stop, I identified the operator as Mindi Siegen of [# redacted] Summit Street. Dispatch confirmed that there was an active arrest warrant for Mindi.”
Officer Guerra said Siegen was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Clinton Police Station, “where she was booked and afforded all applicable rights pertaining to anyone including Miranda and a phone call, which she made.”
Officer Guerra added, “When I initially approached the driver’s side door, Mindi was on her
cellphone talking with the registered owner of the vehicle, Christopher Cummings, who was
located a block away and walked to the scene as Mindi was being placed in handcuffs.”
Officer Guerra said Cummings’ information was confirmed through dispatch and he took possession of the vehicle.
