LITTLETON — Littleton police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle near Littleton Common on Wednesday evening.
According to a statement from Littleton Police Chief Matthew Pinard, on Dec. 3, 2025, shortly after 7:00 p.m., police and fire crews were dispatched to the intersection of King and Goldsmith streets, where they located a 79-year-old Acton woman who had been hit by a sedan.
Chief Pinard said the woman sustained serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
The motorist, a local food delivery driver, remained on scene and cooperated with police.
A preliminary investigation indicates the woman was walking in the crosswalk when she was struck.
The incident remains under investigation.
