BILLERICA — On Monday, Dec. 29, 2025, the Billerica Police Department was notified of an overnight break-in at a car dealership on Dunham Road, where several new snowplow blades and their mounts were stolen.
According to a statement from the Billerica Police Department, the Billerica Police Criminal Investigations Division launched an investigation following the report.
“That investigation, which included review of video surveillance and other evidence, led police to suspect the involvement of Michael Sansevero and a 31-year-old Billerica man,” the Billerica Police Department said in its statement. “The investigation also led to the recovery of a stolen work truck and trailer from elsewhere in Billerica.”

Police obtained search warrants from Lowell District Court for Sansevero’s residence on Ox Road and for a vehicle believed to be operated by the 31-year-old Billerica man.

Upon executing the search warrants on Thursday, Jan. 1, and Friday, Jan. 2, Billerica police recovered the following items:
- Two stolen snowplow blades and their mounts
- Five firearms
- Ammunition
- Two large-capacity magazines
- Bags containing fentanyl
- Prescription medications
- More than $2,000 in cash

Police estimated that more than $35,000 in stolen property was recovered.
“Sansevero was found hiding under a bed as police served a search warrant at his residence,” the Billerica Police Department said. “He was taken into custody without further incident. An investigation remains active and ongoing, and the 31-year-old may also face charges.”
Michael Sansevero, 33, of Billerica, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Breaking & Entering Nighttime for Felony
- Larceny Over $1,200
- Malicious Destruction of Property Over $1,200
- Malicious Damage to a Motor Vehicle (two counts)
- Possession of a Firearm without FID Card (five counts)
- Possession of Ammunition without FID Card
- Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device (two counts)
- Larceny of a Motor Vehicle
- Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,200
- Possession of a Class A Substance
- Possession of a Class E Substance
Sansevero is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Lowell District Court.
