LEOMINSTER — On Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., Ginny’s Helping Hand will host its 3rd Annual Murder Mystery Dinner at Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg to raise money for its food pantry and family resource program.

According to Brandon Robbins, executive director of Ginny’s Helping Hand, Inc., the event will feature dinner, a live theatrical mystery, a silent auction, and a raffle, with proceeds supporting the organization’s work feeding families across North Central Massachusetts.

This year’s original mystery, The Mountain Moonshine Mystery, was written by Brent Northrup and produced by Brickroad Productions. Guests are invited to dress for the theme while helping solve the fictional case.

Doors will open for a cocktail hour at 5:00 p.m., followed by the show and dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Tickets are $85 per person, or $650 for a table of eight, and are available online at tinyurl.com/GHH3MMD.

“Every laugh and every gotcha moment that night turns into groceries on someone’s table,” Robbins said. “Our founder, Ginny White, always said Leominster is a true City of Angels, and this event is proof of it. Our neighbors show up, have a wonderful time, and in doing so they lift up families who are counting on us.”

Ginny’s Helping Hand served more than 65,000 guests in 2025, and monthly visits have grown to more than 4,500, a 350 percent increase since before the pandemic, according to the organization. Proceeds from the dinner will help fund Ginny’s Helping Hand’s food pantry and family resource programs.

The event is sponsored by Brennan Staffing Group, AAA Northeast, Great Wolf Lodge, All One Credit Union, Aaron Industries, Magic Lamp Consulting, and Rollstone Bank & Trust.

Sponsorships and raffle or auction donations are still available. Businesses interested in participating can contact Ginny’s Helping Hand directly.

Founded in 1978 by Ginny White, Ginny’s Helping Hand is a 501(c)(3) food pantry and family resource center in Leominster serving North Central Massachusetts. The organization provides food and essential resources with support from more than 155 volunteers.
