LEOMINSTER — On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, Leominster Police Officers Braden Carlson and Zachary Kinahan were dispatched to an apartment on Winter Place following reports of loud music coming from Thomas Bangrazi’s radio.

“This was called in by one of Thomas’ neighbors around 2:00 a.m.,” Officer Carlson said. “It is important to note, we were dispatched to this location for this reason earlier in the day on July 6, 2026.”
According to police, Thomas K. Bangrazi, 67, resides in an apartment on Winter Place in Leominster, MA.
Officer Carlson said that during both of the other calls, he was unable to speak with Bangrazi about the issue. On both occasions, he knocked on the door, but Bangrazi did not answer.
“Also, both times Thomas’ radio was playing extremely loud outside without him present, serving no purpose but to annoy the neighbors, which was confirmed after speaking with him tonight,” Officer Carlson added.
Officer Carlson said that when he arrived on scene for the second time that evening, Bangrazi was sitting on the porch of his apartment building.
“As I approached in my cruiser, I could hear his radio, which he then turned down once he saw my marked cruiser,” Officer Carlson said. “I approached him and asked what the deal with the loud radio is. He stated he listens to the news on it.”
Officer Carlson then asked Bangrazi why, if that were the case, he played the radio so loudly while inside his apartment.
“Thomas stated he does this purposely to disturb the neighbors,” Officer Carlson said. “He stated he does this because ‘They do drugs and they run illegal sex operations.’”
Officer Carlson said Bangrazi then went on a rant about how the Leominster police need to do their jobs better.
“I informed Thomas that it was past 2:00 a.m. and he cannot have his radio loud as he is disturbing the neighborhood,” Officer Carlson said. “I then advised him that i had already been there twice and once was earlier today. He then stated he heard me knocking and knew it was the police and that is why he did not come to the door. I informed him he would be receiving a summons for disturbing the peace and if the issues continue with the radio he will be arrested.”
Officer Carlson said that as he was leaving the scene, Bangrazi could be heard yelling from his porch from the end of the road.
Officer Carlson said he contacted the officer in charge, Sergeant John Bouchard, and informed him of the situation. Sergeant Bouchard told Officer Carlson to arrest Bangrazi if his behavior continued.
Officer Carlson then returned to the residence, but when Bangrazi saw him driving down the street, he went back inside to his apartment.
Thomas K. Bangrazi, 67, of Leominster, was charged with the following:

Bangrazi was arraigned in Leominster District Court on July 9, 2026. Following his arraignment, he was released on personal recognizance. His next court date is a pretrial hearing scheduled for Aug. 26, 2026.
