After a tow company returned the minivan to its wheels and pulled it back onto the roadway, firefighters continued overhaul operations and extinguished the remaining hot spots.

Crews later returned to the fire station, but were called out again for a water-flow alarm at one of Leicester’s older mill buildings. Firefighters searched the building, investigated the alarm, and eventually cleared the scene.

According to the Leicester Fire Department, crews did not finish responding to the night’s calls until early Sunday morning.
