UXBRIDGE — On Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026, the Uxbridge Police Department reported that Uxbridge emergency services responded to a single vehicle crash in the area of 685 Chocolog Road, after a Ford Focus with three occupants struck a utility pole and left the roadway.
According to the Uxbridge Police Department, one of the vehicle’s occupants, a 15-year-old Uxbridge High School student, was ejected from the vehicle and later pronounced dead at Rhode Island Hospital.
The Central Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (CEMLEC) Accident Reconstruction Team is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Uxbridge police asked members of the public to respect the family’s privacy and allow investigators time to determine the facts surrounding the crash. Police said additional information will be released when appropriate and consistent with the ongoing investigation.
