Victim of Leominster apartment complex stabbing identified

Robert Day, 20, of Leominster, was fatally stabbed near Riverside Village Apartments. A GoFundMe page revealed he was a former football star. Authorities seek public assistance and video footage as the investigation continues. No arrests have been made yet.

Urgent Care calls DCF on intoxicated Leominster mother, who’s then arrested for drug possession, loses custody of child

While conducting a well-being check on Lourdes Drive with DCF, Leominster police found Brittaney Szkaradek, 34, under the influence and arrested her for possession of controlled substances, which included Fentanyl and Gabapentin. Her daughter was placed under the care of her grandfather. Szkaradek’s bail was set at $40, and she was released with conditions.
