“At this time, I activated my emergency blue lights and pulled out and drove behind the vehicle. The vehicle then made a right turn into a driveway at 293 Berlin Street and stopped,” Officer Fazio said. “I radioed to dispatched and called in my location and the vehicle’s license plate which was bearing Massachusetts registration [number redacted], which came back to a 2003 Buick LesSabre color white, registered a Juliette Melinda Stantial.”
Officer Fazio got out of his cruiser and approached the driver’s side window and requested the operator’s license and registration.
“The operator, identified as, Kevin Ladue, handed me his Massachusetts Identification card and the vehicle’s registration,” Officer Fazio said. “I asked if he had a driver’s license and he told me that it has been expired for a long time. I went back to my cruiser and requested a RMV license and registration status check from dispatch. Dispatch told me that Ladue has a suspended driver’s license. At this time, I went back to the vehicle and asked Ladue to exit the vehicle. I told him that his license is suspended and that he was under arrest. I placed him in handcuffs and put him in the rear of my cruiser and requested a tow to the scene.”
Kevin Ladue, 48, is a resident of 18 Ledge Ct in Clinton.

Ladue was transported to the Clinton Police Station for booking.
He was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, Subsequent Offense and Speeding.
