LEOMINSTER โ On Saturday, October 19, 2024, at approximately 9:38 p.m., Officer Kyle Klimowicz of the Leominster Police Department was dispatched to Texas Roadhouse, located at 196 New Lancaster Road, following several reports of a fight occurring in the parking lot.
โDispatch informed officers that there were 10 people involved in the fight and that someone was reportedly trying to take an infant away,โ Officer Klimowicz said.

โI arrived on scene alongside Officer [Tiffany] Craven, Officer [Nicholas] Rice, Officer [James] LaBell, Officer [Caulin] Salvi, Officer [Renzo] Vasconcelos, Officer [Shane] Crawford, and Officer [Robert] Connors,โ Officer Klimowicz said. โAfter assessing the scene, it appeared [the] involved parties had been separated at this time. EMS/Fire arrived on scene and were currently evaluating the infant involved. I first spoke with a woman who appeared to be an involved party, later identified as Jilian Fuller.โ
According to police, Jilian K. Fuller, 34, is a resident of 101 Providence Street, Apt. 2, Worcester, MA.
โJilian was actively yelling and [being] confrontational with officers, [such] as myself, Officer LaBell, and Officer Vaconcelos, who tried to get her account of the incident,โ Officer Klimowicz said. โShe was ordered to sit down and keep her voice down as there were families and individuals around trying to enter and leave the restaurant and she was causing a disturbance.โ

Officer Klimowicz said that Jilian was told repeatedly to stop causing a disturbance or else she would be arrested for disturbing the peace.
โJilian began explaining that she had gone to dinner with her mother and her four kids, and that upon leaving the restaurant, she stated that her mother was โacting weird,โโ Officer Klimowicz said.
Jilian stated that an argument ensued between her and her 58-year-old mother, while her mother was holding her one year old daughter.
โAs she continued to give her account of what occurred, Jilian stood up from the bench she had been sitting on, and got in the face of officers, continuing to yell,โ Officer Klimowicz recounted. โShe was confrontational when asked where her kids were at this time, and who would be able to take custody of them from the scene. Officer Rice at this time had been speaking with other involved parties. He walked over and informed myself and Officer Vasconcelos that Jilian had punched her mother, [name redacted], in the face. Jilian was subsequently placed in handcuffs as she continued to yell and cause a disturbance. I informed her she was under arrest for Assault and Battery on a Family/Household Member.โ

Officer Salvi then informed Officer Klimowicz that it was reported to him that Jilian had punched her mother’s 17-year-old son, (her brother), in the face.
โNote that at this time, a witness, [a 51-year-old man], yelled beside us that โwe were arresting the wrong personโ and โshe got slapped in the face,โโ Officer Klimowicz said. โOfficer Connors and Officer Vasconcelos began escorting Jilian off the property for transportation to LPD [the Leominster Police Department] for booking, and Jilian could be seen pulling away from officers and continuing to cause a disturbance. [She was charged with resisting arrest for this].โ
Officer Klimowicz then spoke with the alleged victims, Jilianโs mother and brother, while Officer Craven tended to the kids who were reportedly โcrying hysterically.โ
Jilianโs mother said that she had gone out to dinner with Jilian, her two kids, and Jilianโs two kids.
โShe stated that at dinner Jilian reportedly wanted to order another margarita, and [Jilianโs mother] did not think she should, noting she was looking out for the kids’ safety,โ Officer Klimowicz said. โ[Jilianโs mother] reported that she had texted Jilian’s spouse, [name redacted], while at dinner to arrange for him to pick up Jilian and the kids to prevent Jilian from driving impaired. She noted that Jilian was unaware of her texting [her husband].โ
When leaving the restaurant, Jilianโs mother said that she was holding Jilianโs infant daughter in her arms and told Jilian that they should go wait in her car to wait for Jilianโs husband to come pick them up.
โJilian allegedly took offense to this and reportedly tried to grab [her daughter] from her [motherโs] arms,โ Officer Klimowicz said. โThis was presumably when [Jilianโs mother] slapped Jilian in the face (according to the aforementioned witness). [Jilianโs mother] stated that Jilian then punched her in the face, pointing to her cheek underneath her right eye. There was visible redness and swelling corroborating her statement about having been punched by Jilian. [Jilianโs mother] was evaluated by Fire/EMS and did not want further medical attention.โ
Officer Klimowicz then spoke with the second alleged victim, Jilianโs brother.
โHe reiterated the statement Lisa had just provided, adding that after [his mother] was punched, he went over to take [Jilianโs daughter], and was punched in the face with a closed fist by Jilian,โ Officer Klimowicz said. โ[Jilianโs brother] also had apparent redness and swelling underneath his right eye. Fire/EMS evaluated him and provided an ice pack. He did not want any further medical attention.โ
Officer Klimowicz said that fire/EMS informed him that Jilianโs one year old daughter was evaluated and they did not have any medical concerns for her. Jilianโs husband then arrived on scene and took custody of his children.
โI reviewed the Abused Persons Notice of Rights with both [Jilianโs mother] and [brother], and explained the process for them to petition for a restraining order against Jilian. Both of them understood, but did not want to pursue one at this time,โ Officer Klimowicz said. โOfficer Salvi reviewed the Domestic Dangerousness Worksheet with [Jilianโs brother],โ Officer Klimowicz said. Later adding, โ[Jilianโs mother] was informed that DCF [Massachusetts Department of Children and Families] would be contacted on behalf of the kids.โ
Jilian was charged with the following based on the following reasons provided by Officer Klimowicz:
- Assault and Battery (two counts):
- โReportedly punching [her mother] in the face.โ
- โReportedly punching [her brother] in the face.โ
- Disturbing the Peace:
- โCausing ongoing public alarm and commotion in the parking lot of the open restaurant, drawing attention from attendees and restaurant staff, disrupting business,โ Officer Klimowicz said.
- Resisting Arrest:
- โReportedly interfering with being transported to the cruiser by pulling away from officers and dropping to the ground to prevent being put in the cruiser,โ Officer Klimowicz said.
Jilian was arraigned in Leominster District Court on Oct. 21, 2024. Following her arraignment, Jilian was released on her own personal recognizance under the condition that she not abuse the alleged victims.
Jilian is scheduled to appear in court again on Nov. 20, 2024 for a pretrial hearing.
