WORCESTER — Four individuals were arraigned Monday on murder charges following indictments by a Worcester County Grand Jury in connection with a fatal shooting on Dorchester Street last December, according to District Attorney Joseph D. Early, Jr.
Adrian Rodriguez, 33, and Jorge Rolon, 17, both of Fitchburg, along with Darius Perkins, 21, of Worcester, and Dylan Driscoll, 19, were all arraigned on one count of murder.
In addition to the murder charge, Driscoll, Perkins, and Rolon were also indicted on three firearms-related charges: possession of a loaded firearm, possession of a firearm, and possession of ammunition without an FID card.
All four defendants are being held without bail and are due back in court on May 2.
The charges stem from a shooting that occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. on December 16, 2024, when Worcester police responded to 58 Dorchester Street for a report of gunfire. Officers located 28-year-old Obed Addow of Worcester inside his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
All four suspects were arrested on December 22. Rodriguez, Perkins, and Rolon were taken into custody in Fitchburg, while Driscoll was arrested in New Jersey. Rolon was initially arraigned in juvenile court before appearing in Worcester Central District Court on a murder charge on December 30. The three others were arraigned in Worcester Central District Court on January 3.
Each defendant has remained in custody since their arrest.
