Upon arrival, Officer Smith said he met with the reporting party, Marilyn [last name redacted], and her friend, Julie [last name redacted], in the backyard.
Officer Smith said that Marilyn stated that her and Julieโs dogs ran to the rear fence line, where Theresa Graham and Miranda Graham were standing in the backyard of the adjoining property at 70 West Street.
โMarilyn reported Miranda was standing near a wind chime (what I estimated to be about 15-20 feet from the fence line) looked right at her and called her a โc*nt,โ” Officer Smith said. โMarilyn said she was going to call the police and Miranda allegedly responded with, โI dare you.โ”
According to police, Miranda L. Graham, 31, is a resident of 70 West Street in Winchendon, MA.

โJulie said she heard one of them call Marilyn a โc*ntโ but did not see who it was,โ Officer Smith said. โJulie took a video of the interaction and it showed Theresa and Miranda in their backyard addressing Marilyn. Dispatch confirmed an active harassment order Marilyn had against Miranda which stated she must not have any contact with Marilyn and must remain 25 feet from her residence.โ
