WESTBOROUGH — A vehicle crashed into the garage of the single-story home located at 123 Milk Street this morning, prompting a response from Westborough police, firefighters, and EMS.
According to a press release from Westborough’s Police Chief Todd Minardi, at approximately 11:43 a.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, Westborough police were dispatched to 123 Milk Street following a report of a motor vehicle crash.
“The incident involved a 2015 Volvo XC60 that left the roadway and impacted a residential structure,” Chief Minardi wrote in his statement.
A photo from the scene posted to the Westborough Police Department’s Facebook page shows a black SUV against the house, with debris scattered across the driveway and a stretcher on the front lawn.

“Preliminary investigation suggests that the female operator may have suffered a medical emergency, resulting in the loss of control of the vehicle,” Chief Minardi said. “Multiple Westborough Police Department units responded promptly to the scene, along with the Westborough Fire Department. The swift and coordinated response ensured that the situation was quickly stabilized, and the operator received the necessary medical attention.”
In an email to News Link Live at 12:14 p.m., on July 2, 2025, Chief Minardi confirmed that officers remained on scene and expected to clear shortly.
Chief Minardi stated that the residence sustained visible damage, and that various town agencies, including the building department, have been engaged to assess the structural integrity of the residence to ensure the safety of its occupants.
Officer Minardi stated that the crash remains under investigation and that no further details are currently available.
