LEOMINSTER — A Leominster man was arrested on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, after police discovered multiple electronic devices containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) during a search of his home.
According to a statement from the Leominster Police Department, the search warrant was executed at 41 Schley Street by the department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau in coordination with the Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crimes Unit and the State Police Crime Scene Services. The search was part of an ongoing investigation into internet crimes involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Johnny Minh Nguyen, 36, who resides at the address, was arrested at the scene and charged with three counts of illegal possession of child pornography. Police say additional charges are expected to be filed against Nguyen as the investigation continues.
Nguyen was booked at the Leominster Police Station and later released on $2,500 bail.
He was arraigned in Leominster District Court on July 10, 2025.
