FITCHBURG — The Central Mass Brass will present a free concert of classical and pop music at Fitchburg State University on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
The event will take place in Kent Recital Hall, located in the Conlon Fine Arts Building, and is open to the public.

The quintet features two members of Fitchburg State’s music faculty — Joe Wright on tuba and Geoffrey Sheldon on trumpet — alongside Ryan Ramey on French horn, Nathan French on trumpet, and Noah Lauzier on trombone, Fitchburg State University said in a statement.
The performance is supported, in part, by a grant from the Fitchburg Cultural Council.
