MILFORD — More than a month after a fatal crash in Arlington, a Milford man was arrested on a warrant in connection with charges of motor vehicle homicide and operating under the influence of drugs.
According to a statement from the Milford Police Department shared on social media, following an investigation, officers from the department’s patrol unit went to 41-year-old Robert Laspesa’s Main Street residence around 10:13 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, and took him into custody without incident.
Police said Laspesa was wanted out of Arlington, Massachusetts, on charges of motor vehicle homicide and operating under the influence of drugs.

“Our department remains committed to keeping Milford safe by conducting in-depth investigations regarding crime inside and outside our community,” said Milford’s Chief of Police Robert Tusino. “We are here to serve the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and no wanted individual will find sanctuary in Milford.”
