School bus crashes into Honda on Main Street in Bolton

BOLTON — On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at approximately 2:09 p.m., Bolton police, firefighters, and EMS were dispatched to the intersection of Main Street and Burnham Road following multiple reports of a motor vehicle accident involving a school bus.

According to a statement from Bolton’s Acting Police Chief Kimberly Barry, first responders arrived on scene to find a Honda Element with front-end damage and a school bus with front and rear-end damage that had left the roadway and come to rest in a wooded area.

“A preliminary investigation indicates that the school bus was exiting Burnham Road to enter Main Street (Route 117) before it struck the Honda, which was travelling westbound on Main Street,” Chief Barry said in the statement.
