BOYLSTON — On Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, the Boylston Police Department was notified by the Boylston Berlin Regional School District of a report of inappropriate behavior involving juveniles at Boylston Elementary School.
According to a statement from Boylston Police Chief John Annunziata, the Boylston Police Department “immediately” opened an investigation in collaboration with the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office and the Boylston Berlin Regional School District. Chief Annunziata said investigators established probable cause during the inquiry, leading to the arrests of two suspects on Nov. 28.
Police identified the individuals as:
Suspect 1: a 26-year-old male from Brighton
• Indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 (four counts)
• Assault and battery (one count)
Suspect 2: a 24-year-old male from Chelmsford
• Indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 (two counts)
The names of the individuals arrested were not included in Chief Annunziata’s statement.
