WORCESTER — On Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, at approximately 11:00 a.m., members of the Worcester Police Department’s Neighborhood Response Team executed a search warrant at A&C Market, located at 6A Boylston Street, following a lengthy investigation into community complaints about double parking and public drinking.
According to the Worcester Police Department, during the search of the store, police allegedly found numerous boxes of flavored tobacco and vapes, several containers of alcohol, and multiple bags containing K2 (i.e., synthetic marijuana), a Class C drug. Police also seized $3,144 in cash and located a digital scale, which the Worcester Police Department said is consistent with drug distribution.
The Worcester Police Department said the store does not have a liquor license or the required tobacco exemption allowing it to sell flavored tobacco.
