ACTON — The Town of Acton Parks and Recreation Department is inviting members of the community to its annual Monsterbash Halloween celebration for elementary school-aged children and their families.
The Town of Acton said the event will be held on Friday, Oct. 16, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Thomas E. Tidman Amphitheater at NARA Park.
The celebration will feature themed games, a blacklight dance party with Crystal Entertainment, and other activities for children and families.
Attendees are encouraged to dress in costume and enter the annual costume contest. Categories include “best classic monster,” “funniest getup,” and “most creative costume.” Winners will receive a prize, certificate and the title of “Monsterbash Costume Champion.” The Town of Acton said judges will consider originality, creativity, and how well each costume fits its category.
Admission is $10 per person for attendees ages 3 and older and can be purchased in advance on Eventbrite. It is free to park at the event.
