LONDONDERRY, NH — Samuel W. Mumbauer, 18, of Londonderry, was arrested on February 17 for 25 felony counts of possession of child sex abuse images.
According to a release from the Londonderry Police Department, this arrest culminated a months-long investigation by both the Londonderry police and the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, Mumbauer, who was already out on bail for a misdemeanor sex assault arrest (not on a minor) on December 22, 2021, faces an additional felony charge for allegedly stealing money from his workplace, the Alltown Gas Station, on February 5.
Consequently, in addition to the aforementioned charges, Mumbauer was charged with breech of bail conditions “for failing to remain on good behavior and arrest free,” according to the Londonderry Police Department’s February 18 release.
Mumbauer was held without bail and arraigned on February 18 via video from the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
