TEMPLETON — Members of The Future Basketball Amateur Athletic Union, a basketball program in Central Massachusetts, mourned the loss of two players Sunday.
Nick Roy and Scott Laverdure were pronounced dead at the scene in a vehicle that crashed into a residence in the area of 502 Baldwinville Road at around 1:55 a.m. on July 31.

According to Templeton Police, a third occupant was transported to Heywood Hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
