STOW — A 70-year-old Stow resident, Frederick Dusseault, has died after being pulled from Lake Boon on Saturday morning, according to Interim Fire Chief Barry Evers and Police Chief Michael Sallese.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. when Stow Police and Fire received a call reporting that a man had fallen into Lake Boon. While first responders were on their way to the scene, they were informed that the man was no longer visible above the water.
Upon arrival, emergency personnel found Dusseault in the water, where a bystander was already assisting him. Police and fire personnel joined the effort to pull Dusseault from the lake and immediately began administering CPR.

Dusseault was transported to a local hospital by Patriot Ambulance, where he was pronounced dead later in the afternoon.
