WORCESTER — On Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024, at about 6:21 p.m., Worcester police officers were dispatched to an apartment on Brookside Avenue following a report of possible gunshots.
According to a statement from the Worcester Police Department, when officers entered the apartment, they found two gunshot victims, a male and female, who had both suffered serious injuries in the shooting.
When paramedic arrived on scene, they pronounced the female victim dead. The male victim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
