LEOMINSTER — A 44-year-old Fitchburg man has been charged in connection with the April 15 armed robbery at All One Credit Union on Main Street, following a multi-agency investigation and weeks of public appeals.
According to a press release issued by Leominster Police Chief Ryan Malatos, Sean Girouard of 268 Blossom Street in Fitchburg was arrested on May 7, 2025, by the department’s Detective Bureau. He is charged with armed robbery while masked, and is currently being held on $100,000 cash bail. Police say additional charges are expected.

The arrest follows an incident that occurred around 4:45 p.m. on April 15, when a masked man entered All One Credit Union at 1316 Main Street dressed in all black and wearing a balaclava-style mask. The suspect allegedly brandished what appeared to be a firearm, demanded money from the tellers, and fled on foot before leaving the area in a vehicle.
As part of the investigation, the Leominster Police Department released surveillance photos showing the suspect both inside the bank and walking outside, along with images of a black sedan believed to be the getaway vehicle. The car was described as a black 2014–2017 Volkswagen Jetta with a white oval dealership sticker beneath the left taillight.

Chief Malatos credited the arrest to the collaborative efforts of numerous law enforcement agencies, including the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, the North Worcester County Drug Task Force, Massachusetts State Police Gang Unit, and local police departments in Fitchburg, Clinton, Gardner, Lunenburg, and Westminster.
He also acknowledged the public’s role in the case. “The community plays a large role in everything that we do, and each and every tip that came in was followed up on,” Chief Malatos said. “We can only accomplish our mission through collaboration with the community, whom we are proud to work with every day.”
