โ€œDispatch confirmed that he has been formally trespassed from the 435 (Gateway) building on March 14, 2025,โ€ Officer Larivee said. โ€œPeter brought us up to the third floor. There was a male in the hallway packing up his bag and I was able to identify Miguel from past encounters with him. I asked Miguel if he was aware that he was trespassed, he stated yes.โ€

Officer Larivee then informed Bonaparte that he was under arrest for trespassing. He was then transported to the Leominster Police Department for booking.

โ€œIn the past year, police have been called for Miguel trespassing in the same building on: Feb. 26, 2025, March 4, 2025, March 11, 2025, March 14, 2025, March 16, 2025, June 18, 2025, July 7, 2025, and July 8, 2025,โ€ Officer Larivee said. Adding, โ€œMiguel is homeless and comes back to the 435 building. I have emailed outreach to possibly assist Miguel.โ€

Bonaparte was arraigned on the trespassing charge in Leominster District Court on July 8, 2025.

Following his arraignment, Bonaparte was held without bail, โ€œpending status of bail,โ€ according to Judge Mark Noonan. During a status hearing on July 14, 2025, Bonaparte plead guilty to the trespassing charge. Judge Noonan sentenced Bonaparte to seven days in the Worcester County House of Correction, with credit for time already served, resulting in no additional jail time. The sentence was ordered to run concurrently with another case.
