HUBBARDSTON — Firefighters from Princeton are presently assisting in battling a significant brush fire in the woods off Lombard Road in Hubbardston.
According to a statement from the Princeton Fire Department, Engines 2, 3, and 4, along with the department’s Rescue Trailer, were deployed to the scene to aid in the firefighting efforts.
The department also noted that a local resident captured aerial footage of the blaze, providing a view of the scope of the incident.
No injuries or damage to nearby structures have been reported as of now.
The cause of the fire has not yet been released.
