SOUTHBRIDGE — A 45-year-old Southbridge man classified as a Level 3 sex offender was arrested Saturday after allegedly committing a lewd act in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
According to the Southbridge Police Department, officers responded to a report of a male engaging in lewd and indecent behavior on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The victim provided a detailed description of the suspect, prompting a coordinated investigation.
With the assistance of video surveillance from local businesses, detectives identified the suspect as Bryant Glover, also known as Brian K. Glover, of 135 Elm Street, Apartment #2R in Southbridge.
During a follow-up interview, Glover allegedly confessed to the act and was arrested without incident. He was charged with open and gross lewdness and held at police headquarters pending arraignment in Dudley District Court.
Glover is listed on the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board (SORB) as a Level 3 registered sex offender with a history of similar offenses. According to the SORB, Level 3 offenders have been determined to pose a high risk to reoffend, and public safety is served by public access to their registration information. Glover’s prior convictions, spanning from 1998 to 2002, include:
- Assault of a child with intent to commit rape
- Indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older (two convictions)
- Open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior
- Assault with intent to commit rape
“We thank the local businesses that assisted with video evidence and this investigation demonstrates the importance of community vigilance and cooperation in keeping our town safe,” the Southbridge Police Department said in its statement.
