ATTLEBORO — At approximately 2:10 a.m. this morning, the Attleboro Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on I-95 South near Exit 2B.
According to a statement from the Attleboro Fire Department, when crews arrived on scene, crews were met with the aftermath of a three-vehicle accident with one vehicle on its side after a rollover and two other vehicles which sustained minor damage.
All of the vehicles’ occupants were able to remove themselves from the vehicles prior to fire crews arriving on scene.

The driver of the vehicle that rolled over sustained minor injuries but declined transportation to the hospital, the Attleboro Fire Department said in its statement. No other injuries were reported.
Until crews cleared the scene at about 3:00 a.m., one lane of travel remained open while firefighters secured the scene and ensured a safe environment for the tow trucks.
Massachusetts State Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
