REHOBOTH — On Monday, Dec. 15, 2025, at approximately 9:07 a.m., Rehoboth police officers responded to a residence on Brook Street following a report that an unidentified male was lying unconscious in the driveway of the home.
According to the Rehoboth Police Department, officers and Rehoboth Ambulance personnel arrived on scene, where the unidentified male was pronounced deceased.
“There was no sign of trauma to the body, suspicious circumstances or threat to the public,” the Rehoboth Police Department said in its statement. “The Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit assigned to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office was called and responded to the scene. During the investigation, the unidentified male subject’s identity was confirmed to be a 67-year-old male subject from a home nearby.”
The investigation remains ongoing and is being conducted by the Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit with assistance from the Rehoboth Police Detective Unit.
