Motorcyclist, 18, seriously injured in Attleboro crash

ATTLEBORO — On Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025, at approximately 6:51 a.m., Attleboro fire crews were dispatched to 165 Pleasant Street following a report of a motorcycle crash.

According to a statement from the Attleboro Fire Department, when firefighters arrived on scene, they located a significantly damaged motorcycle in the roadway and an SUV with moderate damage.

“Fire Department personnel immediately initiated advanced life support care for the operator of the motorcycle, an 18-year-old male, who sustained significant injuries,” the Attleboro Fire Department said in its statement. “The male was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for further treatment.”

Pleasant Street remained closed between Starkey Avenue and Forest Street this morning, according to the Attleboro Fire Department’s statement, which was posted on social media at approximately 9:05 a.m.

The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the Attleboro Police Department.
