According to police, the arrestee was Abraham G. Bigger Jr., 24, of Christine Street, Worcester, MA.
The Criminal Complaint the Barre Police Department submitted to the East Brookfield District Court for Biggerโs arrest states that, โOn diverse dates between June 1, 2025 and September 1, 2025, [Bigger] did have sexual intercourse or unnatural sexual intercourse with a child under 16, and did compel such child to submit by force and against such childโs will.โ
Additional information, such as a statement of facts or personnel narratives written by police, was not included in the records obtained by News Link Live through a public records request because the victim is a juvenile.
Bigger was arraigned in East Brookfield District Court on Dec. 3, 2025. Following his arraignment, he was released on personal recognizance with the potential for bail revocation under the condition that he stay away from/not contact the victim.
Biggerโs next court date is a probable cause hearing scheduled for Feb. 2, 2026.
Disclaimer: If you are wondering why the arrest in this story took place in November, thatโs because I had to file FOIA request(s) to obtain the court documents. FOIAs are time-consuming.
