HAVERHILL โ On Saturday, December 6, 2025, at approximately 3:56 p.m., Officer Domenic Buccini of the Haverhill Police Department was dispatched to the intersection of Broadway and Oak Terrace following a report of a motor vehicle accident.

The Haverhill Fire Department and PrideStar EMS responded to the scene as well.
When Officer Buccini arrived on scene, he said he observed a white Jeep Compass with Massachusetts plates and a black Honda Pilot with New Hampshire plates, both of which had sustained front-end damage.
“Upon arrival, I spoke with the Jeep’s operator ([name redacted, juvenile]), who stated that he was attempting to make a left-hand turn from Broadway onto Oak Terrace, and the Pilot was traveling eastbound down Broadway, striking him,” Officer Buccini said. “I spoke with the Pilot’s operator, who stated the same thing.”
The driver of the Honda Pilot was identified as Wilson Antonio Alba, 30, of Effingham, New Hampshire. The driver of the Jeep was identified as a 17-year-old from Haverhill.
“Wilson Alba’s Massachusetts license was checked, and the status was confirmed as suspended,” Officer Buccini said. “This was confirmed by Haverhill police dispatch. I advised Wilson of this and that he would be receiving a summons in the mail.”
Both vehicles were towed from the scene by One Ten Towing.
Officer Buccini said damage was also caused to a city sign and a fire hydrant following the crash.
“The water department was notified prior to my arrival about the fire hydrant, and I notified the city about the damage to the city sign,” Officer Buccini said.
Wilson Antonio Alba, 30, of Effingham, New Hampshire, was charged with the following:
