Attleboro firefighters respond to fire at Park Street Pizza

ATTLEBORO — On Saturday, May 23, 2026, at approximately 5:03 p.m., firefighters with the Attleboro Fire Department responded to Park Street Pizza at 104 Park Street following reports of a fire inside the restaurant.

According to the Attleboro Fire Department, when crews first arrived on scene, they observed heavy, dark smoke coming from the restaurant. Fire crews made an interior attack using portable fire extinguishers and brought the fire under control in approximately five minutes.

Smoke from the fire entered parts of a multifamily residential structure that’s attached to the restaurant, but firefighters were able to prevent the fire from extending into or damaging the residential occupancy.

Gas and electrical service to the restaurant were shut off after the fire. The local Health Department was also notified, the Attleboro Fire Department noted.

No injuries were reported.
