LEOMINSTER — On Thursday, May 7, 2026, Leominster Police Officers Zachary Kinahan and Ryan Donahue responded to Leominster Hospital at 60 Hospital Road.

“Before our arrival, dispatch informed us that Alicia Levert, who had been trespassed from that location, had returned to the emergency waiting room,” Officer Kinahan said. “It is important to note Officer Donahue and I were called to this address for Alicia 20 minutes ago.”
According to police, Alicia L. Levert, 63, is homeless in Leominster, MA.
“Alicia is known to the Leominster Police Department for mental health issues and for numerous trespassing incidents,” Officer Kinahan added. “Upon our arrival, I saw Alicia seated in the emergency waiting room.”
Officer Kinahan said that when he approached her, Levert claimed she had nowhere else to go.
“I reminded her of her trespass status and that she was only permitted to be there in the case of a legitimate medical emergency,” Officer Kinahan said. “Alicia then mentioned experiencing back pain and expressed a desire to be seen.”
Officer Kinahan said he requested that a nurse assess Levert in the waiting room.
“The charge nurse, [name redacted], arrived and informed us that Alicia had just recently refused treatment and been medically discharged,” Officer Kinahan said. “[The nurse] then advised that she explained to Alicia to follow up with her primary care provider. Subsequently, Alicia began insulting [the nurse] out of spite and stated that she would not leave. I warned her that she needed to leave or she would be arrested for trespassing. Alicia reiterated her refusal to leave and told us we would have to arrest her.”
Officer Kinahan said that at this point, he made the decision to arrest Levert.
“She was placed in handcuffs, which I ensured were secure but comfortable, and I double-locked them for safety,” Officer Kinahan said. “Alicia was then transported to the station for booking.”
Alicia Levert, 63, of Leominster, was charged with the following:
- Trespassing
- Warrant Arrest
Levert was arraigned in Leominster District Court on May 7, 2026. During her arraignment, Judge Mark Noonan decriminalized the trespassing charge and found her responsible.
