Police described Pierre-Louis as a known member of the H Block gang. He was initially arrested in connection with the motor vehicle stop and charged with the following:
• Failure to Stop for Police
• Disorderly Conduct
• Resisting Arrest

Investigators subsequently executed search warrants on the rental vehicle Pierre-Louis had been driving and his apartment in Stoughton and seized the following:
• $7,318 in cash
• More than 17 pounds (8 kilos) of suspected fentanyl
• 817 grams of cocaine
• 50 grams of methamphetamine
• Two loaded handguns, including one equipped with a machine-gun conversion device
• Three extended-capacity magazines
• Five loaded magazines
• Hundreds of rounds of ammunition
Police said additional charges will be filed as a result of the seizures.
“This arrest is a testament to the strong partnerships we have with our federal, state and local law enforcement partners to identify and disrupt individuals trafficking narcotics and illegally possessing firearms,” Stoughton Deputy Police Chief James O’Connor said. “The amount of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and illegally possessed weapons had the potential to cause tremendous harm in our communities.”
Deputy Chief O’Connor also commended the Stoughton Police Detectives, the FBI Metro Boston Gang Task Force and everyone involved for their professional and thorough investigation.
“This arrest is part of Operation Summer Heat 2.0, an FBI initiative to help our law enforcement partners crush violent crime and make our communities safer,” FBI Boston Division Special Agent in Charge Ted E. Docks said. “Anyone who is dealing drugs and dishing out violence should know they too will face similar consequences.”
The FBI Metro Boston Gang Task Force is a multi-agency team that investigates street gangs, transnational organizations, and violent criminal enterprises. The task force, which is spearheaded by the FBI Boston Division, works in close partnership with the Boston Police Department and Massachusetts State Police as well as local law enforcement agencies.
