UXBRIDGE – On Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, Uxbridge Police Officer Thomas Stockwell spoke with a woman who came into the Uxbridge Police Department to report a possible harassment prevention order (258E) violation.

Officer Stockwell said the reporting party told him that she had an active harassment prevention order against Danial Tutungian.
According to police, Daniel J. Tutungian, 40, most recently had a primary residential address in Bellingham, Massachusetts.
“[The reporting party] provided a copy of a TikTok video that Tutungian had posted,” Officer Stockwell said. “I reviewed the video along with Lieutenant [Timothy] Burke. In the video, Tutungian names [the reporting party] and her place of business directly. Tutungian ends the video with a cryptic threatening message that his behavior will only increase.”
Officer Stockwell said Tutungian was served with the harassment prevention order via email on Sept. 9, 2026, and that the video he reviewed, which directly referenced the order and the victim, was posted the following day.
Tutungian describes himself as a “justice and parental rights advocate” on his TikTok account, Pro_Se_Litigungian, which has 6,624 followers. In a Tiktok video posted on Sept. 11, 2026, that is still up on his TikTok account, Tutungian refers to the reporting party by name and discusses the harassment prevention order directly, stating, “Thank you for filing this nonsense 258E against me, when you know exactly what you have done.” In the video, Tutungian also accuses the reporting party of trafficking his youngest child.
“I am the father and the person that I have always been. It is not my fault or any of my own doing that the state of Massachusetts and the Department of Children and families have attacked me and my children,” Tutungian said in the aforementioned TikTok video. “The latest and greatest event is Miss [reporting party] claims I’ve harassed her. This is after, in July I filed a formal complaint with the licensing board for social workers about her involvement in the fraud and the b*llsh*t and literally the trafficking of my youngest child and the lying and manipulation of my oldest child. I don’t make sh*t up. I don’t say things that aren’t true.”
Officer Stockwell said the reporting party informed him that Tutungian had been evicted from his previous residential address and was now homeless.
“[The reporting party] also believed that Tutungian is frequently switching rental cars,” Officer Stockwell said. “These facts have added to [the reporting party’s] concerns. [She] is fearful that Tutungian’s behavior is escalating and will continue.”

“Tutungian did, in fact, post a TikTok video with his name and likeness,” Officer Stockwell explained. “[The reporting party] was caused alarm and fear by Tutungian’s video naming her and her employer.”
